The Vancouver Club

Best For:

• Weekday corporate events, business lunches, and professional meetings
• Private dinners and intimate gatherings (Monday–Friday)
• Networking events and association functions
• Daytime conferences or seminars

Estimated Budget Range: Unable to provide a reliable estimate without contacting the venue directly. The "contact for pricing" approach suggests custom packages based on event specifics. Budget planning will require a direct conversation with their team before finalizing venue selection.

What planners usually like:

• Prime downtown location on West Hastings Street with strong accessibility for Vancouver professionals
• Extended weekday hours (7:00 AM – 11:00 PM) accommodate full-day events and evening receptions
• Known for clear communication and reliability, which simplifies the planning process
• Established venue with existing relationships in the Vancouver business community

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity specifics: Request exact occupancy limits for different room configurations to confirm the venue fits your guest count
• Weekend availability: Confirm whether Saturday or Sunday events are possible by special arrangement, given standard closure on those days
• Amenities and inclusions: Ask about catering, AV capabilities, tables/chairs, bar service, and what's included versus à la carte
• Space configuration: Understand available rooms, flexibility for layout changes, and whether the venue suits your event format (theater-style, banquet, cocktail, etc.)
