IMROSE ARBUTUS

Best For:

• Corporate meetings and seminars (flexible daily hours support various scheduling needs)
• Small to mid-sized private celebrations (intimate gatherings and receptions)
• Community events and nonprofit fundraisers
• Daytime workshops or training sessions

Estimated Budget Range: Without published pricing, budget estimates are difficult to pin down. Contact the venue directly for quotes, but expect costs to vary significantly based on guest count, duration, and services included. For Vancouver venues of this type, budget anywhere from $500–$3,000+ depending on your event scope. Actual pricing may vary considerably.

What planners usually like:

• Extended hours every day (9 AM–10 PM) provide genuine flexibility for events with non-traditional timing
• Consistent availability across the full week eliminates weekend-only limitations
• Direct contact with the team (+1 604-314-8759) allows for personalized communication rather than automated booking systems
• Macdonald Street location in Vancouver offers reasonable accessibility

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity limits – The venue doesn't publish guest count capacity; confirm whether it suits your expected attendance
• What's included – Ask specifically about tables, chairs, kitchen facilities, AV equipment, and bar/catering options to understand what you'll need to source separately
• Setup and breakdown time – Confirm whether your rental period includes time before/after your event or if you're charged for additional hours
• Restrictions and policies – Clarify noise limits, alcohol policies, outside catering permissions, and any other rules that might affect your event logistics
