Roma Hall

Best For: Corporate events and business meetings, community gatherings and celebrations, mid-size receptions, local organization events

Estimated Budget Range: Without published pricing, budget estimates are difficult to determine. Contact the venue directly for quotes, but expect mid-range pricing typical for Vancouver event spaces. Actual costs will depend on guest count, date, time, and services required.

What planners usually like:

• Local Vancouver venue with established reputation for reliable, communicative service
• Team known for attentive coordination during the planning process
• Straightforward approach to working with clients without unnecessary complexity
• Accessible contact method for getting questions answered directly

Things to clarify before booking:

• Confirm exact capacity limits, as this isn't specified—essential for budget planning and event sizing
• Request detailed amenity list (tables, chairs, kitchen facilities, AV capabilities, parking, etc.) to understand what's included versus what requires outside vendors
• Verify operating hours and availability for your preferred date/time, as business hours aren't listed
• Ask about setup/breakdown times, rental duration policies, and any additional fees beyond the base venue rate

Overall note: Roma Hall appears to be a straightforward, service-focused venue option for Vancouver planners. The lack of published details online means you'll need to do a discovery call to assess fit for your specific event. This is typical for some local venues and isn't necessarily a red flag—it just means more legwork on your end during initial research.
