Brock House Events

Best For: Corporate meetings and seminars, small to mid-sized business events, professional workshops, boutique celebrations (weddings, anniversaries)

Estimated Budget Range: Without published pricing, budget $2,000–$8,000+ depending on guest count and services selected. Request a detailed quote directly from the venue, as costs will vary significantly based on your specific event type and date. This is a professional event space, so expect mid-range to premium pricing for the Vancouver market.

What planners usually like:

• Weekday availability during business hours aligns well with corporate clientele and professional events
• Professional planning support included—they handle coordination, reducing your logistical burden
• Point Grey location offers accessibility and a established Vancouver address for credibility
• Direct communication approach suggests responsive, straightforward vendor relationship

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity specifics: Confirm guest count limits and whether the space is divisible for smaller or larger events
• Included amenities: Ask for a detailed list of what's provided (tables, chairs, AV equipment, catering options, parking, etc.) versus what requires additional rental
• Weekend/evening availability: Given Saturday-Sunday closure during standard hours, confirm if special weekend events are possible and what that entails
• Full service scope: Clarify exactly what "professional event planning" includes—do they handle full planning, day-of coordination only, or act as venue-only with planning available separately?
