The Loft at Earls Yaletown

Best For: Corporate receptions and networking events; cocktail parties and social gatherings; private dinners and intimate celebrations; branded activations and product launches

Estimated Budget Range: $2,000–$8,000+ depending on guest count, catering selections, and event duration. As a restaurant-based venue with full F&B capabilities, costs typically include food and beverage minimums rather than room rental fees. Actual pricing varies significantly based on day of week and time—weekend evening events will cost more than weekday afternoons. Request a formal quote for your specific date and headcount.

What planners usually like:

• Prime Yaletown location with strong urban visibility and accessibility; appeals to downtown Vancouver professionals and clientele
• Extended hours (open until 1:00 AM Friday/Saturday) accommodate evening events and provide scheduling flexibility
• Full restaurant infrastructure means built-in catering, bar service, and kitchen support—no need to source external vendors
• Established brand reputation through Earls restaurant chain provides some assurance of operational consistency

Things to clarify before booking:

• Exact capacity and layout options: Confirm maximum guest count, whether the space can be subdivided, and availability of different setup configurations (theater, cocktail, banquet, etc.)
• Amenities and AV capabilities: Verify what's included—WiFi, audio/visual equipment, lighting, décor flexibility, and any associated rental fees
• Catering requirements and minimums: Understand whether food/beverage minimums are mandatory, what menu options exist, and if outside catering is permitted
• Exclusivity and day-of support: Ask whether you have exclusive use of the space during your event window and clarify staffing/event coordination support included
