What planners usually like:

• Extended daily hours (9 AM–midnight) provide flexibility for morning meetings through evening receptions without venue turnover constraints
• Consistent availability across all seven days removes common scheduling conflicts for planners juggling multiple bookings
• Downtown Vancouver location on Victory Ship Way offers accessible urban positioning for city-based guests
• Responsive contact approach suggests willingness to customize arrangements for individual event requirements

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity specifics — Request exact guest counts for different room configurations, as this directly impacts feasibility and pricing
• Included amenities — Confirm what's provided (tables, chairs, A/V, catering kitchen, parking) versus what requires additional rental or vendor coordination
• Setup and breakdown time — Clarify whether your event duration includes prep/reset time or if those hours are charged separately
• Cancellation and deposit terms — Get written details on payment schedule, deposit amount, and cancellation policies before committing
