What planners usually like:

• Open daily hours (11 AM–4 PM) provide consistent access for planning meetings and event setup
• Team emphasis on clear communication and client collaboration reduces coordination friction
• Riverside location may offer appealing aesthetics and parking accessibility for guests
• Flexible scheduling approach suggests willingness to work with various event timelines

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity specifics: Get exact guest counts for different room configurations—this significantly impacts feasibility and pricing
• Amenities and inclusions: Confirm what's provided (tables, chairs, kitchen access, bar service, AV capabilities) versus what requires outside vendors
• Operating hours for events: The listed 11 AM–4 PM hours appear to be office hours; clarify if evening/weekend event hosting extends beyond these times
• Cancellation and payment terms: Discuss deposit requirements, cancellation policies, and what's included in the final quote before committing
