What planners usually like:

• Extended Saturday hours (until 11:30 PM) provide flexibility for evening receptions and celebrations that run late
• Restaurant format simplifies catering logistics—no need to source external food vendors
• Established event experience with a dedicated contact line (+1 604-297-4888) suggests they actively host private functions
• Located on Bill Fox Way with accessible parking nearby, which is practical for guest logistics

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity and private space: Confirm whether they have a dedicated private event room, maximum guest capacity, and whether you need to rent the entire venue or can book a section
• Amenities and setup: Ask about audio/visual capabilities, table configurations, bar service options, and any house rules for decorations or outside vendors
• Timing and minimum spend: Clarify blackout dates, minimum guest counts or spending requirements, and exact cutoff times for evening events
• Cancellation and deposit terms: Request their booking policy, cancellation fees, and deposit structure before committing
