The Long Hall Chicago

Best For: Corporate happy hours and networking events; casual social gatherings and parties; daytime conferences or meetings; weekend celebrations with flexible timing

Estimated Budget Range: Unable to provide accurate estimate without pricing details. Contact the venue directly for quotes, but expect mid-range pricing typical for Chicago event venues in the Milwaukee Ave corridor. Budget $500-$3,000+ depending on guest count, time of day, and services included.

What planners usually like:

• Extended evening hours (until 11:30 PM Friday-Sunday) accommodate events that run late without venue pressure to wrap up early
• Seven-day-a-week operation provides scheduling flexibility, including weekday options for corporate clients
• Located on Milwaukee Ave in a vibrant neighborhood with nearby parking and transit access
• Open from 7:00 AM allows for early morning bookings and all-day event configurations

Things to clarify before booking:

• Confirm actual guest capacity, as this isn't specified—critical for space planning and cost estimation
• Request detailed amenity list (tables, chairs, A/V equipment, bar setup, kitchen access, WiFi, etc.) to understand what's included versus what requires add-on fees
• Discuss venue rental rates for different times of day and day of week, plus any minimums or packages
• Clarify cancellation policy, deposit requirements, and whether they provide in-house catering or allow outside vendors
