Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity details — Get exact guest count ranges for different room configurations to ensure the space fits your event size
• What's included — Confirm whether tables, chairs, linens, AV equipment, or bar setup are part of the venue rental or additional costs
• Outside catering policy — Determine if you must use their preferred caterer or if outside vendors are permitted
• Setup and breakdown times — Clarify how much time before/after your event time slot you have access to the space, especially important for larger events
