Things to clarify before booking:

• Confirm actual room capacity and whether multiple spaces are available for different event sizes or breakout sessions
• Request detailed floor plans, setup diagrams, and in/out times to understand logistics and timeline constraints
• Ask about included amenities (tables, chairs, lighting, A/V capabilities, bar services) versus what requires outside vendors
• Discuss their preferred vendor list, any restrictions on outside catering or rentals, and associated setup fees
