What planners usually like:

• Extended daily hours (10 AM–11 PM, seven days a week) provide flexible booking windows for both evening and daytime events
• Consistent availability throughout the week reduces scheduling conflicts for corporate or recurring events
• South Ashland location offers reasonable access to the Chicago area with straightforward parking considerations typical of the neighborhood

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity details – Confirm exact guest count limits, as this significantly impacts event feasibility and pricing
• Amenities and setup – Ask about included features (tables, chairs, sound system, kitchen access, WiFi) versus rental costs, as the listing doesn't specify what's provided
• Setup/breakdown time – Clarify whether rental periods include prep and breakdown time or if these incur additional charges
• Parking and logistics – Confirm available parking for guests and vendor load-in procedures, especially important for larger events in an urban setting
