PALACE HALL BANQUETS

Best For: South Side Chicago weddings and receptions, cultural celebrations and community gatherings, corporate events and holiday parties, mid-to-large group celebrations

Estimated Budget Range: Likely $2,000–$8,000+ depending on guest count and services included. Without published pricing, actual costs may vary significantly. Contact the venue directly for a formal quote based on your specific event size and date.

What planners usually like:

• Dedicated banquet space with a focused purpose—no competing events or distractions typical of multi-use venues
• South Archer Avenue location serves the Bridgeport/Chinatown corridor with good accessibility and established community reputation
• Direct contact approach allows for personalized negotiation on pricing and package options rather than fixed menu constraints
• Extended weekday hours (until 7:00 PM) accommodate working professionals planning after-hours events

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity specifics: Get exact occupancy limits for different room configurations, as this directly impacts your guest count feasibility and per-person costs
• Amenities and inclusions: Ask what's provided (tables, chairs, linens, kitchen access, bar service, AV equipment) versus what requires outside vendors—this significantly affects total budget
• Catering policy: Confirm whether they have an in-house caterer, allow outside catering, or both, as this impacts menu flexibility and final costs
• Availability and booking terms: Clarify booking windows, deposit requirements, cancellation policies, and how far in advance they can confirm weekend dates
