Maz Hall | Salle de Réception

Planner Insight

Best For: Corporate events and private celebrations; late-night or after-hours gatherings; flexible-schedule events; mid-sized Montreal receptions

Estimated Budget Range: $800–$2,500+ for venue rental (estimate based on Montreal event space market rates). Actual costs depend on guest count, date/time, and services included. Contact directly for precise pricing and package details.

What planners usually like:

• 24/7 availability removes scheduling constraints—useful for unconventional event times or back-to-back bookings
• Located on Rue Notre Dame in a Montreal neighborhood with transit access and nearby amenities
• Direct contact approach suggests personalized service and willingness to customize arrangements
• Straightforward communication emphasis appeals to planners managing multiple vendor relationships

Things to clarify before booking:

• Get specific capacity numbers upfront—this is essential for guest planning and catering logistics
• Request detailed amenity list (tables, chairs, AV equipment, kitchen facilities, parking, etc.) since none are specified online
• Confirm what's included in the base rental versus add-on costs (setup, cleanup, staffing, insurance requirements)
• Ask about noise restrictions or neighborhood considerations, especially if planning evening/late-night events, despite 24-hour availability

Recommendation: Contact the venue early in your planning process to gather the missing foundational details before comparing it against other options.
