Collectif MTL

Best For: Weekday corporate meetings and professional gatherings; creative industry events and workshops; small to mid-sized daytime conferences; team building and networking events

Estimated Budget Range: $500–$2,500+ per event. Without published pricing, costs will depend on space size, duration, and services included. Contact the venue directly for accurate quotes, as Montreal event venues in this category typically range widely based on customization and add-ons.

What planners usually like:

• Weekday-focused schedule eliminates competition for Saturday/Sunday bookings and appeals to business clients seeking professional environments
• Prime location on Rue Sainte-Catherine provides accessibility and visibility in central Montreal
• Direct communication approach during planning phases suggests responsive, hands-on support rather than automated booking processes
• Flexibility to work with clients "throughout the city" indicates potential for customized event solutions

Things to clarify before booking:

• Confirm actual capacity and layout options, as this isn't specified—critical for understanding if the space fits your guest count
• Verify weekend availability in writing, since closure Saturday/Sunday eliminates this venue for weekend events entirely
• Request detailed amenity list (A/V equipment, tables, chairs, catering capabilities, parking) to assess what you'll need to source separately
• Ask about minimum booking requirements, setup/breakdown time, and any restrictions on event types or outside vendors
