What planners usually like:

• Downtown location on Boulevard Robert-Bourassa offers accessibility and visibility for attendees
• Flexible operating hours with extended weekend availability (until 11 PM Friday/Saturday) accommodate various event formats
• Closed Mondays only—relatively predictable scheduling for mid-week and weekend events
• Responsive team focused on clear communication and working directly with planners on customization

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity details — Confirm exact guest capacity, as this significantly impacts event type suitability and pricing
• Amenities and setup — Ask specifically about A/V equipment, catering options, furniture, lighting, and layout flexibility (these aren't listed online)
• Thursday evening availability — Venue closes at 3 PM Thursdays; confirm if evening events are possible or if this day is excluded from bookings
• Minimum spend or rental fees — Understand whether there's a flat venue rental, food/beverage minimums, or hourly rates, as this affects total budget planning
