What planners usually like:

• Responsive communication and straightforward dealing with the venue team—helpful when coordinating logistics across multiple vendors
• Located on Boulevard Langelier with serving experience across Montreal, making it accessible for events drawing guests from various parts of the city
• Staff approach focuses on understanding individual client needs rather than one-size-fits-all packages, which allows flexibility in event design

Things to clarify before booking:

• Request specific capacity breakdown (exact guest counts for different room configurations) since this isn't listed—critical for confirming your event fits the space
• Confirm what's included in pricing: tables, chairs, linens, basic setup, bar service, kitchen access for outside caterers, and any service fees or minimums
• Ask about available dates, typical turnaround times for setup/breakdown, and any restrictions on outside vendors (catering, audio/visual, decorators)
• Verify parking availability and accessibility for guests, particularly important for the Boulevard Langelier location
