Le Living Room – Mont-Royal

Planner Insight

Best For:

• Late-night or after-hours events (corporate parties, networking mixers)
• Mid-week gatherings and meetings (Monday-Thursday bookings)
• Flexible-schedule events requiring extended operational hours

Estimated Budget Range: Without publicly listed pricing, expect this to be a mid-range Montreal venue. Estimate $1,500–$4,000+ depending on guest count, duration, and services included. Contact the venue directly for accurate quotes, as rates vary significantly based on day/time and event specifics. This is an estimate only; actual costs may vary.

What planners usually like:

• Extended 24-hour availability Monday-Thursday and Sunday removes scheduling constraints for non-weekend events
• Located in the accessible Mont-Royal neighborhood with decent foot traffic and parking potential
• Direct contact option available for personalized consultation rather than automated booking systems

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity and layout – No stated guest count limits; confirm whether the space suits your group size and can be configured for your event type
• Included amenities and services – Clarify what's provided (tables, chairs, bar setup, kitchen access, AV equipment, staff) versus what requires additional rental
• Friday/Saturday closure – Confirm these days are genuinely unavailable; understand if this impacts your event timeline or creates back-to-back booking challenges
• Pricing structure – Ask whether rates differ by day/time, duration, or guest count, and what's included in base pricing versus add-ons
