Maison Principale

Best For:

• Corporate meetings and business events
• Small to mid-sized private functions
• Professional workshops and seminars
• Intimate celebrations (cocktail receptions, small weddings)

Estimated Budget Range: Without published pricing, expect mid-range costs typical for Montreal event venues in this category—likely $1,500–$5,000+ depending on guest count, duration, and services included. Request a formal quote to confirm actual pricing for your specific event date and requirements.

What planners usually like:

• Accessible location on Rue du Couvent in central Montreal with good urban visibility
• Extended weekday hours (9 AM–5 PM) support corporate bookings and daytime events
• Direct communication approach; team is reachable during business hours for real-time coordination
• Professional management focused on reliability, which reduces logistics friction

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity limits: Get exact guest counts for different room configurations—this significantly impacts layout options and pricing
• Included amenities: Confirm what's provided (tables, chairs, AV equipment, catering kitchen access, parking) versus what costs extra
• Weekend availability: Saturday hours end at 5 PM—clarify if this works for your timeline and whether Sunday events are possible with special arrangements
• Setup/breakdown time: Understand what's included in rental duration and any overtime fees for events running past standard hours

Next step: Call +1 514-424-4430 with your event specifics (date, guest count, event type) to get detailed pricing and capacity information before comparing with other venues.
