Havila Royal

Best For:

• Wedding receptions and ceremonies (local Montreal couples)
• Corporate events and holiday parties
• Cultural celebrations and community gatherings
• Mid-sized private functions (intimate to moderate guest counts)

Estimated Budget Range: Without published pricing, this is difficult to estimate precisely. Based on comparable banquet halls in Montreal's Henri-Bourassa area, expect $1,500–$4,000+ for venue rental depending on guest count, day of week, and season. Catering, décor, and staffing would be additional. Request a formal quote early in your planning process.

What planners usually like:

• Local availability during business hours (Tue–Sat) makes coordination straightforward for Montreal-based events
• Responsive contact team focused on understanding specific event needs rather than one-size-fits-all approach
• Dedicated event space suggests flexibility for various celebration types
• Direct phone line (+1 514-355-5555) allows quick questions and availability checks

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity details: Get exact guest counts for different room configurations—this affects budget and logistics significantly
• What's included vs. à la carte: Confirm whether tables, chairs, basic lighting, or kitchen facilities are part of rental, or if these incur additional fees
• Catering policy: Determine if you must use their preferred vendors, bring your own, or have flexibility—this impacts overall event cost
• Weekend availability and pricing: Clarify Saturday pricing and whether Sunday events are possible, since posted hours show closed Sundays
• Setup and breakdown time: Confirm how much time before/after your event window is available, especially important for larger celebrations
