Roma Receptions

Best For:

• Wedding receptions and anniversary celebrations
• Corporate banquets and gala dinners
• Cultural community events and celebrations
• Medium to large group gatherings (likely 100+ guests based on banquet hall classification)

Estimated Budget Range: Based on Montreal banquet hall standards, expect $30–$60+ per person for food and beverage, with potential additional rental fees for the space itself. Total event costs typically range from $3,000–$15,000+ depending on guest count and service selections. Contact the venue directly for exact pricing, as this is a significant variable in your budget planning.

What planners usually like:

• Extended hours (open until midnight) provide flexibility for evening events and receptions
• Tuesday–Sunday availability accommodates most weekend and weekday event needs
• Established venue with emphasis on clear communication and reliability—useful for reducing planning friction
• Montreal location serves the broader city, making it accessible for various neighborhoods

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity specifics: Confirm exact guest capacity and whether the space is divisible for smaller events
• Included amenities: Ask about tables, chairs, kitchen facilities, bar setup, AV/lighting, and parking—standard expectations vary widely
• Food and beverage policies: Clarify whether catering is in-house, if outside caterers are permitted, and what licensing/service requirements apply
• Setup and breakdown: Confirm whether rental fees include setup/breakdown time, and what the actual available event hours are versus building access hours
