Le club Forest & Stream

Best For: Private clubs events, membership gatherings, casual social functions, small to medium-sized receptions

Estimated Budget Range: Unable to provide a reliable estimate due to lack of pricing information. Contact the venue directly for quotes. Based on the club-style format and lakeside location, expect mid-range pricing typical for Montreal private venues, but this varies significantly depending on event type, duration, and group size.

What planners usually like:

• Lakeside location (Bord-du-Lac) offers an attractive setting without requiring travel to distant areas
• Extended evening hours Tuesday through Saturday provide flexibility for after-work events and weekend gatherings
• Established club format suggests professional infrastructure and experience hosting organized events
• Direct contact with management available for customized arrangements

Things to clarify before booking:

• Confirm actual room capacity and layout options, as this isn't specified—critical for matching your guest count
• Verify what amenities are included (AV equipment, tables, chairs, kitchen facilities, outdoor access) since none are listed
• Understand the closure on Sundays and Mondays; confirm this won't conflict with your preferred event date and whether exceptions can be made
• Ask about membership requirements—some private clubs restrict outside events or require member sponsorship, which could affect accessibility and costs

Recommendation: Visit their website or call ahead to gather baseline details on capacity, amenities, and restrictions before scheduling a site visit. This will help determine if they're a practical fit for your specific needs.
