Maddy K Atelier

Best For:

• Fashion shows, designer showcases, and apparel-related events (given the "Atelier" positioning)
• Product launches and brand presentations
• Small to mid-sized corporate gatherings and meetings
• Portfolio reviews and creative industry events

Estimated Budget Range: $1,500–$5,000+ (estimate based on Montreal venue market rates for boutique event spaces). Actual costs will depend on guest count, day of week, and specific services. Contact the venue directly for accurate pricing—this is a significant unknown variable here.

What planners usually like:

• Seven-day-a-week availability with consistent 10 AM–5 PM hours eliminates scheduling friction for weekday and weekend events
• Located in Montreal's creative district (Rue de Miniac area), which appeals to design-focused clients and media
• Direct phone contact and website suggest responsive, accessible management for inquiries and planning discussions

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity limits: The lack of stated capacity is a red flag—confirm exact guest counts the space can accommodate and any layout flexibility
• Included amenities: Ask specifically about tables, chairs, A/V equipment, lighting, kitchen access, and parking—these significantly impact total project cost
• Event type restrictions: Clarify whether the venue has specific requirements or limitations (e.g., is it primarily for fashion/design events, or fully flexible?)
• Setup/breakdown timeline: Confirm how much time before/after your event window is available, especially relevant if you need extended setup for branded installations
