Magnolia Banquet Hall

Best For: Weddings, corporate events, community celebrations, and cultural gatherings

Estimated Budget Range: $2,000–$8,000+ for venue rental (actual costs depend on guest count, date, and time). This is an estimate; contact the venue directly as pricing is not publicly listed and may vary based on package inclusions.

What planners usually like:

• Convenient NE Calgary location with accessible parking in a business/residential area
• Flexible business hours extending into evening (until 7:00 PM Thursday–Friday), accommodating various event start times
• Direct contact available for personalized consultation rather than automated booking systems
• Dedicated banquet hall suggests established event infrastructure and likely catering/setup services

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity and layout: Request specific guest capacity, floor dimensions, and whether the space is divisible for smaller events
• Amenities and inclusions: Confirm what's provided (tables, chairs, bar setup, kitchen access, AV equipment, parking) versus what requires additional rental
• Catering policy: Ask if in-house catering is required, if outside vendors are permitted, and what alcohol service options exist
• Weekend/evening rates and availability: Verify if Saturday 5:00 PM closing and Sunday 4:00 PM closing allow sufficient event time, and confirm pricing for peak times
