What planners usually like:

• Extended daily hours (11 AM–6 PM, seven days a week) provide flexibility for consultations and various event start times
• Established local presence with a dedicated team focused on event execution and planning support
• Northeast Calgary location serves a populated area with reasonable accessibility for guests across the city

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity details – Get exact guest counts for different room configurations; this significantly impacts pricing and logistics
• Included amenities – Confirm what's provided (tables, chairs, basic lighting, kitchen access, parking) versus what requires additional rental or vendor coordination
• Catering policy – Determine if in-house catering is required, if outside caterers are permitted, and any associated fees
• Event setup and breakdown times – Clarify actual hours available for setup/teardown beyond the stated 11 AM–6 PM business hours, especially for evening events
