What planners usually like:

• Extended weekend hours (open until 2:00 AM Friday/Saturday) provide flexibility for evening events that run late
• Accessible SE Calgary location on Mahogany Road with presumably available parking
• Bar venue typically handles its own beverage service, reducing coordination complexity
• Consistent weekday availability (open 11:00 AM–1:00 AM) accommodates various event timing needs

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity limits – Not specified in available information; confirm maximum guest count and whether it varies by event type
• Amenities and setup – Confirm what's included (tables, chairs, sound system, lighting, food options) versus what requires outside vendors
• Rental fees and minimums – Clarify if there's a room rental fee, beverage minimum, or other mandatory charges
• Event policies – Ask about their experience hosting private events, whether they allow outside catering, and any restrictions on event duration or guest management
