Jubilee Banquet and Event Center

Best For: Wedding receptions, corporate banquets, community celebrations, and cultural events (given the venue name and focus on reliability for diverse clients)

Estimated Budget Range: $2,000–$8,000+ for venue rental, depending on guest count and event duration. Catering, beverages, and décor will be additional costs. Contact the venue directly for specific pricing, as rates typically vary by day of week and time of year.

What planners usually like:

• Flexible weekday and weekend availability with extended evening hours (until 8:00 PM most days), making it accessible for various event schedules
• Located in a residential northeast Calgary area, which may offer easier parking and accessibility compared to downtown venues
• Team availability throughout the week for consultation and planning, supporting a collaborative approach to event execution
• Positioning as a reliable, quality-focused venue suggests consistent service standards across different event types

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity and room configurations: Request exact guest capacity and whether the space can be subdivided or configured differently for intimate versus larger events
• Amenities and inclusions: Confirm what's provided (tables, chairs, linens, kitchen access, AV capabilities, lighting, parking) versus what requires outside vendors
• Catering policy: Determine if in-house catering is required, if outside caterers are permitted, and any associated fees or restrictions
• Wednesday early closure: Clarify availability and booking policies for mid-week events, given the 1:00 PM Wednesday closing time listed
