Crestmont Hall

Best For: Corporate meetings and seminars, small to mid-sized private events, community gatherings, wedding receptions or ceremonies (pending capacity confirmation)

Estimated Budget Range: $800–$3,000+ for venue rental, depending on event size and duration. This estimate assumes a modest multipurpose hall in Calgary's market rate. Actual costs will vary significantly based on guest count, day of week, and included services. Contact the venue directly for precise pricing.

What planners usually like:

• Weekday availability with flexible hours (11 AM–7 PM range) accommodates various event types and planning consultations without weekend constraints
• Southwest Calgary location serves the broader metropolitan area with accessible surface parking likely available
• Direct communication approach—the team emphasizes "clear communication" and is reachable by phone, which simplifies the planning process

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity limits: Confirm exact guest count ranges to ensure the space fits your event size and understand any tiered pricing
• Amenities and setup: Ask specifically about tables, chairs, kitchen access, AV capabilities, and what's included versus what requires additional rental
• Restrictions and policies: Clarify parking arrangements, catering options (in-house vs. outside vendors allowed), noise restrictions, and cleanup responsibilities
• Weekend availability: The venue closes Saturday/Sunday—confirm whether special arrangements are possible if you need a weekend date, and understand lead times for booking
