Mint Leaf Banquet Hall

Best For: Wedding receptions, corporate dinners, milestone celebrations (anniversaries, graduations), community gatherings

Estimated Budget Range: $2,000–$6,000+ for venue rental and catering, depending on guest count and menu selections. (This is an estimate; actual costs vary significantly based on final headcount, service level, and food/beverage choices. Direct contact with the venue is essential for accurate pricing.)

What planners usually like:

• Extended daily hours (11 AM–10 PM, seven days a week) provide scheduling flexibility for various event times and formats
• Consistent availability throughout the week with no apparent closures, making booking predictable
• Located in Northeast Calgary with accessible street parking and venue proximity to major routes
• Dedicated banquet space suggests professional event hosting experience and structured event management

Things to clarify before booking:

• Confirm exact room capacity and whether the space is divisible for smaller events or fixed for larger gatherings
• Request detailed amenity list—audio/visual equipment, kitchen facilities, table/chair setup, lighting, and decoration policies directly impact planning and additional costs
• Verify what is included in venue rental versus what requires separate catering or service contracts (many banquet halls have preferred vendors or in-house catering)
• Discuss deposit requirements, cancellation policies, and any time restrictions for guest arrival, setup, and breakdown
