Los Pinos Banquet Hall

Best For:

• Hispanic cultural celebrations and family gatherings
• Wedding receptions and rehearsal dinners
• Quinceañeras and milestone birthday parties
• Corporate events and holiday parties

Estimated Budget Range: Without published pricing, estimate $1,500–$4,000+ for venue rental depending on guest count, day of week, and duration. Actual costs will vary significantly—contact the venue directly for a formal quote. Budget separately for catering, as in-house options are unclear.

What planners usually like:

• Convenient West Phoenix location on Camelback Road with accessible parking
• Weekend hours starting at noon provide flexibility for morning setup and afternoon events
• Weekday afternoon availability (1:00 PM start) suits rehearsals, smaller gatherings, and off-peak pricing opportunities
• Established banquet hall suggests experience hosting events and likely standard tables/chairs included

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity specifics: Confirm guest count limits and whether the space is divisible for smaller events
• Included amenities: Verify what's provided (tables, chairs, kitchen access, bar setup, sound system, lighting) versus what requires additional rental or fees
• Catering policy: Determine if you must use their recommended vendors, can bring outside catering, or if they provide in-house options
• Event duration and setup: Confirm how many hours are included in rental price and whether setup/breakdown time is separate from event time
