What planners usually like:

• Extended daily hours (7 AM–6 PM, seven days a week) provide flexibility for morning meetings, afternoon events, and full-day bookings
• Downtown Roosevelt Street location offers good accessibility and proximity to Phoenix's central business and arts district
• Direct contact option (+1 602-492-3235) suggests a personable, responsive team willing to discuss custom arrangements
• Straightforward approach to planning reduces friction for straightforward event needs

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity specifics: Request exact guest counts for different room configurations—this directly impacts pricing and logistics
• Amenities and included services: Confirm what's built-in (tables, chairs, AV, WiFi, catering options) versus what requires rental or outside vendor fees
• Cutoff times: Verify if the 6 PM closing is firm and whether evening events (past 6 PM) require special arrangements or additional fees
• Setup and breakdown: Ask about time allocated before/after your event window and whether you can access the space earlier for preparation
