What planners usually like:

• Weekday availability with consistent 9 AM–5 PM hours suits business professionals and corporate calendars

• Stated focus on reliability and clear communication suggests straightforward booking and planning processes
• Practical option for planners seeking professional event coordination without weekend constraints

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity limits — The unlisted capacity is essential; confirm maximum guest count to ensure it fits your event size
• Amenities and setup — Ask specifically about AV equipment, tables, chairs, catering options, and what's included versus what incurs additional fees
• Weekend flexibility — Since the venue is closed Saturday and Sunday, confirm whether special weekend arrangements are possible if needed
• Pricing structure — Request a detailed breakdown of base rental fees, per-person costs (if applicable), and any add-on charges before committing
