Planner's guide

Best For: Weddings, quinceañeras, family celebrations, and community events—particularly those serving the Phoenix Hispanic community

Estimated Budget Range: Without published pricing, expect $1,500–$4,000+ for venue rental depending on guest count and day of week. Actual costs will vary significantly based on capacity, catering options, and any additional services. Contact directly for accurate quotes.

What planners usually like:

Accessible West Phoenix location on Thomas Road with straightforward parking
Consistent weekday and weekend availability (Monday–Saturday operations)
Direct contact approach—you'll speak with decision-makers who understand your event vision
Established reputation serving local celebrations with focus on clear communication

Things to clarify before booking:

Capacity and layout: Get specific guest count limits and whether the space is divisible for different event sizes
Included services vs. add-ons: Confirm what's provided (tables, chairs, kitchen access, bar service, parking) and what costs extra
Catering policy: Determine if outside catering is allowed or if in-house options are required; understand any associated fees
Saturday demand and pricing: Since this is their busiest day, ask about Saturday availability windows and whether premium pricing applies

Note: The limited online information means you'll need a direct conversation to gather essential details. This is common for established local venues—have your event date, guest count, and specific needs ready when you call.
