435 Collective

Best For: Late-night events and after-parties; Corporate gatherings requiring flexible scheduling; Private celebrations with non-traditional timing; Experiential events that benefit from extended setup/breakdown windows

Estimated Budget Range: Unable to provide reliable estimate without amenities details or capacity information. Contact venue directly for quotes. Budget planning should account for the fact that 24-hour availability may command premium pricing for non-standard hours. Expect pricing typical for Phoenix event venues ($1,500–$5,000+ depending on space size and duration), but verify this during your inquiry.

What planners usually like:

• Round-the-clock availability eliminates scheduling conflicts and accommodates clients with unconventional event times
• Located in downtown Phoenix (3rd Ave corridor), offering accessibility and proximity to hospitality options
• Willingness to customize based on client needs suggests collaborative approach to event design
• Responsive communication team available for clarification and planning support

Things to clarify before booking:

• Request specific capacity numbers and floor plan details—this is essential for budgeting and determining if the space fits your guest count
• Confirm what amenities are included (tables, chairs, AV capabilities, kitchen access, parking, restrooms) versus what requires additional rental
• Clarify pricing structure for non-standard hours—verify whether 24-hour access has surcharges or if rates vary by time of day
• Ask about setup/breakdown time policies and any restrictions on event types or activities to avoid surprises
