France 44 Events

Best For: Corporate events and business meetings, private parties and celebrations, community gatherings, flexible-schedule events that benefit from extended evening hours

Estimated Budget Range: Without published pricing, budget estimates are difficult to determine. Contact the venue directly for quotes, but expect costs to vary significantly based on guest count, services included, and day/time selection. Minneapolis event venues typically range from $500–$3,000+ depending on space and offerings.

What planners usually like:

• Extended operating hours (until 10:00 PM Friday–Saturday) provide flexibility for evening events and receptions
• Accessible South Minneapolis location on France Avenue with convenient street access
• Responsive communication approach; the venue emphasizes clear contact and planning support
• Seven-day availability reduces scheduling conflicts common with limited-hour venues

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity specifics — Confirm guest count limits, room configurations, and whether the space is divisible for smaller or tiered events
• Included amenities and services — Clarify what's provided (tables, chairs, AV setup, kitchen access, parking, climate control) versus what requires outside vendors or additional fees
• Pricing structure — Ask whether rates vary by day/time, guest count, or event type, and what deposits or cancellation policies apply
• Setup and breakdown — Confirm available setup time, staffing support, and whether hourly rates or flat fees apply for your event duration
