Best For: Corporate meetings and daytime business functions; networking events and receptions; private club gatherings; small to mid-sized professional seminars

Estimated Budget Range: Without published pricing, estimates are difficult, but as a private club venue in downtown Minneapolis, expect moderate to premium rates depending on membership status and event specifics. Request a formal quote directly—actual costs will vary significantly based on space selection, catering, and guest count.

What planners usually like:

• Downtown location on 2nd Avenue South offers convenient access and visibility for attendees
• Extended daily hours (5:00 AM – 10:00 PM) provide scheduling flexibility for early breakfast meetings through evening events
• Established reputation for working collaboratively with local planners to customize event logistics
• Professional environment suitable for business and formal gatherings

Things to clarify before booking:

• Confirm actual event capacity, as it's not specified—this directly impacts which events the venue can accommodate and pricing structure
• Request a detailed amenities list (AV capabilities, WiFi, catering options, breakout rooms, parking availability) to assess whether the space meets your specific needs
• Verify membership requirements—determine if your guests need club membership to attend or if the venue accommodates non-member events
• Understand cancellation policies and deposit requirements, as these aren't publicly available
