Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity limits — Request exact guest count ranges to confirm the space fits your event size
• Included services — Ask what's provided (tables, chairs, kitchen access, AV equipment, parking) versus what requires outside vendors
• Saturday limitations — Note the venue closes at 2 PM on Saturdays; confirm whether evening weekend events are possible or if they're weekday-only
• Cancellation and deposit terms — Understand refund policies, required deposits, and how far in advance you need to book
