M.A.S. Events

Best For:

• Corporate meetings and business gatherings
• Private parties and social events
• Small to mid-sized celebrations
• Local community events

Estimated Budget Range: Without published pricing, budget estimates are difficult to determine. However, as a Phoenix-based event venue, expect moderate to mid-range costs depending on guest count and services. Request detailed quotes directly—pricing likely varies significantly based on event type, date, and specific requirements. Actual costs may vary considerably.

What planners usually like:

• Direct communication approach—they prioritize clear dialogue with organizers throughout the planning process
• Local accessibility in Phoenix with straightforward contact options (phone and website)
• Flexibility to discuss custom needs rather than rigid package offerings
• Hands-on support from early planning stages through event execution

Things to clarify before booking:

• Confirm actual venue capacity and whether it accommodates your expected guest count
• Request a complete amenities list (tables, chairs, AV equipment, kitchen facilities, etc.) to understand what's included versus what requires outside vendors
• Verify available dates, booking lead times, and any seasonal pricing variations
• Clarify what services are included in their fee versus what incurs additional charges (setup, breakdown, staffing, rentals)
• Ask about parking, accessibility, and any restrictions on outside vendors or catering

Recommendation: Contact them directly at +1 480-810-9039—key details like capacity and pricing require direct discussion with their team.
