The Icehouse

Planner Insight

Best For:

• Casual social gatherings and informal celebrations
• Small to medium-sized private events (pending capacity confirmation)
• Weekday corporate functions or team outings
• Community meetings or local organization events

Estimated Budget Range: Without published pricing, this is difficult to estimate accurately. Based on the venue type and Phoenix market rates, expect anywhere from $300–$2,000+ depending on guest count, time of day, and services included. Contact the venue directly for a formal quote, as actual costs will depend heavily on capacity and what's included (food, beverages, setup, etc.).

What planners usually like:

• Consistent 7-day availability with the same hours (11 AM–9 PM) simplifies scheduling across different event dates
• Downtown Jackson Street location offers accessibility and is walkable from nearby businesses and parking
• Direct contact option available for personalized communication about your specific needs
• Flexible approach suggests willingness to customize arrangements for various event types

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity limits – Confirm maximum guest count to ensure it fits your group size
• Amenities and inclusions – Ask specifically about tables, chairs, kitchen access, AV equipment, bar service, and what's provided versus what requires outside vendors
• Pricing structure – Understand if fees are per person, flat rate, hourly, or based on food/beverage minimums
• Setup and breakdown – Confirm available setup time before your event start and any restrictions on decoration, music volume, or event duration beyond posted hours
