Things to clarify before booking:

• Request specific capacity numbers and floor plan layouts—this information is essential for determining if the space fits your guest count
• Ask about what's included in pricing (tables, chairs, linens, basic lighting) versus what requires additional rental fees
• Confirm whether they have in-house catering or require outside vendors, and what their alcohol/beverage policies are
• Inquire about setup/breakdown times, parking availability, and any restrictions on music volume or event duration—these details often impact total cost and logistics
