Legacy Venues – Legacy Ballroom

Best For: Weddings, corporate events, private celebrations, and community gatherings in the Glendale area

Estimated Budget Range: Without published pricing, budget estimates are difficult to confirm. Comparable ballroom venues in the Glendale/Los Angeles region typically range from $2,000–$8,000+ for venue rental depending on guest count and event length. Contact the venue directly for accurate quotes based on your specific event date and requirements.

What planners usually like:

• Extended business hours (10:30 AM–7:00 PM most days) provide flexibility for setup, event timing, and client consultations
• Glendale location offers convenient freeway access and proximity to greater Los Angeles, reducing travel friction for guests and vendors
• Reputation for clear communication with clients and professional service delivery, which simplifies planning coordination
• On-site team availability during operating hours for venue walkthroughs and direct planning discussions

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity specifics – Confirm exact guest count ranges and whether the space is divisible into multiple rooms for different event sizes
• Inclusive services and fees – Ask what's included in rental (tables, chairs, lighting, AV, bar setup, parking) versus additional costs, and whether there are outside vendor restrictions
• Amenities and catering – Determine if the venue has in-house catering, allows outside caterers, and what technical capabilities exist (WiFi, projection, sound)
• Setup and breakdown timeline – Verify available setup hours, breakdown requirements, and whether extended hours incur additional fees
