What planners usually like:

• Extended hours Tuesday–Sunday (10:00 AM–10:00 PM) provide flexibility for morning brunches, afternoon receptions, or evening events
• Glendale location offers reasonable accessibility within the greater L.A. area with established parking infrastructure typical of commercial boulevards
• Known for clear communication and follow-through with planners, which simplifies coordination
• Part of L.A. Banquets group, suggesting established operational standards and vendor relationships

Things to clarify before booking:

• Confirm exact guest capacity, as it's not publicly listed—this directly impacts venue suitability and pricing
• Request a detailed amenities list (tables, chairs, linens, kitchen access, AV capabilities, lighting) to understand what's included versus what requires outside vendors
• Clarify the pricing structure: is the quoted rate all-inclusive, or are catering, service fees, and staffing charged separately?
• Verify cancellation policies, minimum guest counts, and any restrictions on outside vendors (catering, photography, music) before committing
