The sanctuary banquets

Best For: Corporate events and private celebrations, wedding receptions, community gatherings, fundraisers and formal dinners

Estimated Budget Range: Without published pricing, budget estimates are difficult to determine. Contact the venue directly for quotes, but typical banquet halls in the Austin area range from $1,500–$5,000+ for venue rental depending on guest count, day of week, and season. Catering and additional services will add significantly to final costs.

What planners usually like:

• Accessible location on FM 620 with convenient suite access for vendors and guests
• Dedicated banquet space suggests the venue specializes in events rather than operating as a multipurpose facility
• Direct point of contact available by phone for real-time availability and customization discussions
• Local Austin-based option reduces travel coordination for planners working within the area

Things to clarify before booking:

• Confirm actual guest capacity and whether it accommodates your expected headcount—this is essential for budgeting and logistics
• Determine what's included in rental (tables, chairs, lighting, basic décor) versus what requires additional fees or outside vendors
• Ask about catering requirements—whether they have preferred caterers, allow outside catering, or provide in-house food services
• Get specifics on setup/breakdown times, parking availability for guests and vendors, and any restrictions on event length or noise levels
