Capital Venue

Best For: Weddings, corporate banquets, private celebrations, and events requiring flexible evening/weekend hosting

Estimated Budget Range: $2,000–$8,000+ (estimate based on banquet hall type and Austin market rates). Actual costs vary significantly depending on guest count, date, and included services. Contact venue directly for precise pricing tied to your specific event.

What planners usually like:

• Extended Friday and Saturday hours (until midnight) accommodate later ceremonies, receptions, and dancing without venue turnover pressure
• Accessible location on Old Lockhart Rd with reasonable Austin positioning for guests traveling from various areas
• Team emphasizes communication and planning support, which can reduce coordination friction during the booking process
• Established business suggests operational stability and experience handling multiple event types

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity and layout options — Confirm exact guest count range, whether the space is divisible for different event sizes, and available floor plans for your event type
• Inclusions and add-ons — Determine what's included in pricing (tables, chairs, lighting, basic AV) versus what costs extra, and whether there are in-house catering requirements or outside vendor policies
• Setup and breakdown flexibility — Ask about access times before your event start time and cleanup deadlines, especially for Friday/Saturday late events
• Insurance and liability requirements — Verify what's required from you as the renter and whether the venue provides coverage details in writing
