• Corporate meetings, conferences, and seminars (weekday business hours align well)
• Small to mid-size private events and workshops
• Training sessions and professional development programs
• Daytime business functions and networking events

Estimated Budget Range: Contact the venue directly for pricing. Based on its banquet hall classification in the Austin market, expect rates typically ranging from $1,500–$5,000+ for venue rental, depending on group size, duration, and day of week. Catering, A/V, and other services would be additional. This is an estimate; actual costs vary significantly based on your specific needs.

What planners usually like:

• Straightforward weekday availability with consistent business hours (Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM) makes scheduling easier for corporate clients
• North Loop location offers reasonable access within Austin's central corridor
• Direct contact line (+1 512-761-3842) suggests accessible communication with the planning team
• Focus on clear communication and reliable service reduces typical vendor friction points

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity specifics: Get exact guest count ranges to ensure the space fits your event size
• Amenities and inclusions: Confirm what's provided (tables, chairs, A/V, Wi-Fi, kitchen access, etc.) versus what you'll need to source separately
• Weekend availability: The venue is closed Saturday–Sunday; confirm if special arrangements are possible for weekend events
• Setup and breakdown: Clarify time windows for arrival, setup, and departure, especially given weekday-only hours
