Best For:

• Multi-day events or unconventional timing requirements
• Intimate to mid-sized gatherings (capacity details needed to confirm)

Estimated Budget Range: Unable to provide a reliable estimate without pricing details. Contact the venue directly at +1 480-771-7491 for quotes. Phoenix event venues typically range $500–$3,000+ depending on space size, rental duration, and included services, but this venue's actual costs may vary significantly based on their specific offerings.

What planners usually like:

• Round-the-clock availability removes scheduling constraints common with traditional venues
• Central Phoenix location on N Central Ave offers reasonable accessibility
• Flexible approach to event customization suggests willingness to work with non-standard requests
• No strict operating hours means late-night events won't require premium pricing premiums from other venues

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity breakdown: Get exact guest counts for different room configurations to ensure the space matches your event size
• What's actually included: Confirm which amenities come standard (tables, chairs, lighting, sound, kitchen access, parking) versus what costs extra
• Setup and breakdown time: Ask about policies for event prep and post-event cleanup, especially important for 24-hour availability
• Minimum rental terms: Clarify hourly, half-day, or full-day pricing models and any minimum booking requirements
• Licensing and restrictions: Verify what types of events are permitted (alcohol service, music/noise levels, vendor policies)
