The Chancery Pavilion

Best For:

• Corporate meetings and business gatherings (up to 100 guests)
• Small to mid-size celebrations and social events
• Last-minute events requiring flexible scheduling
• Hotel-integrated functions with accommodation needs

Estimated Budget Range: ₹50,000–₹2,00,000+ depending on event scope, catering, and room rental. Since pricing requires direct contact, actual costs may vary significantly based on date, guest count, food/beverage selections, and décor requirements. Hotel venues in this Bengaluru location typically charge day-use fees plus catering minimums.

What planners usually like:

• 24/7 availability removes scheduling constraints and accommodates unconventional event times
• Hotel infrastructure means reliable backup services (housekeeping, maintenance, security) and potential guest accommodation in one location
• Central Ashok Nagar location on Residency Road offers reasonable accessibility across Bengaluru
• 100-guest capacity is practical for intimate corporate events and family gatherings without excessive venue costs

Things to clarify before booking:

• Request detailed amenity list—confirm availability of AV equipment, Wi-Fi, parking, kitchen facilities, and décor flexibility
• Clarify what's included in pavilion rental versus additional charges (setup, breakdown, catering, service staff, taxes)
• Ask about noise restrictions, event duration limits, and any guest conduct policies
• Confirm actual usable space layout and whether the 100-guest capacity suits your specific event format (theater, banquet, classroom setup)
