Planner Insight

Best For:

• Small weddings and wedding receptions (up to 100 guests)
• Corporate events and business gatherings
• Community celebrations and social gatherings
• Intimate family functions and milestone celebrations

Estimated Budget Range: ₹50,000–₹2,00,000+ depending on final headcount, catering choices, and décor requirements. Since pricing requires direct contact, actual costs may vary significantly based on the season, day of the week, and specific services included. Request a detailed quotation to compare against other venues in the Shivaji Nagar area.

What planners usually like:

• Accessible location on St Johns Church Road with decent visibility and local connectivity
• Responsive communication style—the venue actively engages with organizers to understand event needs
• Suitable capacity (100 guests) works well for mid-sized events that don't require sprawling spaces
• Willingness to discuss customized requirements rather than rigid package offerings

Things to clarify before booking:

• Request a complete amenities list: Does it include sound system, lighting, kitchen facilities, parking, changing rooms, or air-conditioning? This directly impacts catering and event flow.
• Confirm what's included in the base venue cost versus what's charged separately (catering, décor, bar service, setup/breakdown time)
• Verify exact business hours, availability calendar, and cancellation/rescheduling policies before committing
• Ask about their typical guest capacity assumption (seated dinner vs. cocktail setup) since this affects your final headcount planning
