Safina Banquets

Best For:

• Small to medium corporate events and office celebrations (100-guest capacity)
• Intimate wedding receptions or engagement parties
• Birthday celebrations and milestone gatherings
• Community meetings and social organization events

Estimated Budget Range: ₹2,00,000 – ₹5,00,000+ for a full event (estimate based on 100-guest capacity, banquet hall type, and Bengaluru market rates). Actual costs will depend on catering packages, décor, and services included. Contact the venue directly for itemized pricing and package details, as rates can vary significantly by date and event type.

What planners usually like:

• Convenient Infantry Road location in an accessible area of Bengaluru with reasonable parking potential for guests
• Extended Friday hours (until 10:00 PM) provide flexibility for evening events
• Direct contact availability through phone and website suggests responsive communication from the management team
• Modest 100-guest capacity works well for intimate events without feeling oversized

Things to clarify before booking:

• Confirm what amenities are included (AC/heating, sound system, lighting, tables, chairs, kitchen facilities) and what requires additional rental
• Clarify catering policy—does the venue have in-house catering, preferred vendors, or external catering flexibility?
• Discuss décor restrictions, setup/breakdown times, and whether these are included in booking fees
• Verify parking availability and guest capacity accommodations, especially for weekend events
