What planners usually like:

• Extended operating hours (11 AM–7 PM, Tuesday–Sunday) provide scheduling flexibility for lunch events, afternoon receptions, and evening celebrations
• Located in a residential northeast Calgary area, making it accessible for local guests
• Direct contact number (+1 403-633-2000) suggests responsive, straightforward communication during planning
• Appears to handle their own event coordination rather than requiring external vendors

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity details — Request specific guest counts for different room configurations (classroom, theater, banquet style) to ensure the space matches your needs
• Included amenities — Confirm what's provided (tables, chairs, linens, kitchen access, AV equipment, parking) versus what requires additional fees or outside vendors
• Catering policy — Determine if in-house catering is required or if outside caterers are permitted, as this significantly impacts budget and menu flexibility
• Monday closure impact — If you need a Monday event, verify if exceptions can be made and what premium pricing might apply
